Belarusian music is worth listening!

Sitting in a cozy Minsk cafe or dancing in some night club you will definitely hear famous all over the world Madonna, the Beatles, Michael Jackson or Rihanna.Of course it`s great when you can join their singing, but what do you think about more extend knowledge about the culture of the country you are in?
Belarusian music is in the "embryonic" period from the mainstream point of view. Our pop artists...oh...it`s better to skip them...just a poor show. All the color and the real emotions bring rock, rock`n`roll and ethnic music. Ladies and gentlemen, please welcome my top 5 Belarusian bands.

1. Bi-2. Everyone knows them. Being originally from Belarus now they live and create in Moscow, Russia. Why? It is paid much there...

2. Lyapis Trubetskoy - a band with strong powerful energy. Their concerts are held in one breath...Crazy energy, charismatic frontman and relevant lyrics.

3. Bez Bileta. I do remember when I heard them for the first time. It was summer, an amazing warm evening and their concert. I just fell in love. Positive guys, they are so easy to listen!

4. Hair Peace Salon. Belarusian band performing in a pop/rock British manner. The are lounge and young.

5. Nochniye Snaipery. The frontgirl of the band left Belarus long ago, but people still treat these musicians as Belarusians. Talented and unique, Nochniye Snaipery are worth listening!
